All tickets for Cubana flights are sold at discount prices and therefore unused segments are non-refundable. Change of date and/or extension must be requested and paid for at a Cubana office.

Cubana flights between
Cancun and
Havana, the weight allowance for baggage is 66 pounds or 30 kilograms, and excess baggage is charged at $2 US per kilogram (2.2 pounds). On
Click Mexicana flights between
Cancun and
Havana the weight allowance for baggage is 44 pounds or 20 kilograms, and excess baggage costs $5.76 US per kilogram (2.2 pounds) plus IVA.
If spending more than 23 hours in Mexico prior to your departure to Cuba, you will have to pay departure tax and airport tax ($44 US) when leaving Cancun to Cuba.
The Cuban Tourist Card will cost you $20 US and the Air Security Tax in Mexico is $31 US. Also passengers travelling by Cubana Airline must pay a new $40 US Fuel Tax and by Click Mexicana a $80 US Fuel Tax.
Please allow a minimun of 2 hours for connecting flights. Check-in ends 1 hour prior to departure. At this time, available seats will be sold to standby passengers. We are not responsible for missing connections. Always contact us the day before your flight to be sure the flights have not changed.
Passengers departing Cancun to Havana will receive their electronic tickets by e-mail.
